Production of your breakout boxes for direct measurements
With our high-voltage breakout boxes, highly accurate measurement data can be collected. Breakout boxes record current and voltage curves within the HV on-board network during operation. This way, it is possible to ensure the precise analysis of voltage dynamics and voltage peaks that occur due to line inductance or contact interruptions. The boxes are used for validation, acceptance and benchmark measurements, for example as part of test drives.
An installation can take place for example between the HV power distributor (high-voltage-Power Distribution Unit) and the respective load. In this case, the particular challenge is to maintain the shielding of the high-voltage cables. A high-voltage breakout module can also measure current and voltage between the charging station and the On-board charger.
